• Kanji is Rise's best friend next to Naoto. They're pretty close. Rise is constantly teasing Kanji, but he doesn't take it too hard in the long run because he knows that's just how Rise is. They have a weird bond over their mutual feelings for their "senpai," and are both close to Naoto.

• Yosuke is Rise's senpai at Yasogami High. They became friends after she was rescued by Yosuke and the rest of the investigation team. Rise enjoys teasing him about Souji. Yosuke gets particularly flustered when she's the one doing the teasing, because he used to have a crush on her.

• Rise didn't have much of an impression of him until coming to xovercrack and learning that he was the murderer in the Yasoinaba serial murder case. Now she hates him, naturally, because she had already hated "the murderer," a nameless and faceless entity she and the party of P4 were pursuing.

• After a few misunderstandings, Chidori and Rise have become friends. Though Chidori is still hesitant about opening up to others, she does enjoy spending time with Rise and the rest of her group.

• Rise just adores little Nanako-chan. Nanako loved Risette before meeting Rise and was thrilled to meet her face to face. Like Souji's other friends, Nanako considers friends of her big bro's friends of hers. She is especially close to Rise because Rise is so friendly and likes little kids so much.
